​YOUR SUPPORT IS VERY MUCH APPRECIATED AND HELPS ME OUT A LOT!
PLEASE NOTE: By asking for a commission, you are telling me that you have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions.
These Terms of Service are for Private commissions.
Private commissions are commissions that are intended for your own personal use.
Private commissions may NOT be used for profit or commercial purposes!
CONTACT ME FOR Public or COMMERCIAL COMMISSIONS. 
A Public or Commercial COMMISSION IS CLASSIFIED AS ARTWORK INTENDED FOR public or COMMERCIAL PURPOSES. These include: CHILDREN'S BOOKS, GRAPHIC NOVELS, public murals, advertisements, OR OTHER MATERIALS YOU INTEND TO DISTRIBUTE AND/or PROFIT FROM.
A COMMISSION IN these CATEGORies WILL BE PRICED AND NEGOTIATED ACCORDING TO *CARFAC'S SUGGESTED RATES

General​
  • Private commissions MAY NOT be used for profit or commercial purposes!
  • You MAY NOT re-sell the piece.​
  • the client may not remove my signature or claim the artwork as their own.
  • The client is welcome to use the artwork as their avatar, or post the commission to their blog, journal, gallery or personal webpage as long as credit is given.

  • Art prints may NOT be made, but The client is allowed to print off ONE copy of the artwork for their own personal use.
  • If the commission is a gift for someone, each person may have their own copy.

  • PLEASE COMMUNICATE WHAT YOU WOULD LIKE AS CLEARLY AS POSSIBLE. 

  • I HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY COMMISSION FOR ANY REASON!
  • Disrespect, Harassment or verbal abuse will not be tolerated!​ 
TURNAROUND TIME:
  • Generally, commissions will be completed in two weeks or less. 
  • I will keep you updated if anything changes.

    IMPORTANT: If your commission is on a deadline, inform me prior to payment!
Payment
  • All prices are in Canadian dollars.
  • I require at least 50% of the payment upfront. I will NOT start your commission otherwise. 
  • I accept payment via paypal, or Square.
  • I will send an invoice which must be paid within 24 hours.
  • Super private commissions (aka commissions for your eyes only) may be subject to an additional fee.
PROCESS:
  • Once we've discussed your commission and payment is received, I will go ahead and start sketching. I will show a sketch for you to approve, and you are welcome to request any changes.
  • Once you have approved the sketch, I will begin inking. You are also welcome to request changes at this stage. 

  • Once the inks are approved, I will go ahead and colour and shade y0ur piece.
  • Please note: While I am happy to adjust colours, and fix any minor details, I will NOT be making any major changes to the lineart once the colouring stage is complete. 
  • When you are happy with the commission, I will email you a hi-res PNG file.​ 

  • PLEASE COMMUNICATE ALL NEEDED CHANGES IN AS FEW MESSAGES AS POSSIBLE.
  • AFTER THE SECOND MESSAGE, I WILL CHARGE AN ADDITIONAL $5 PER CHANGE. 
REFUNDS
  • Absolutely NO refunds on completed commissions! 
  • Partial refunds may be given for unfinished pieces at the artist's DISCRETION.

  • ANy sexual orientation
  • Fantasy creatures
  • Pet portraits
  • Animals

  • Certain Fandoms such as Undertale, DeltaRune, Steven Universe, Stardew Valley
  • ​Non sexual nudity
I WILL NOT draw:
  • Explicit NSFW* content 
    *Not safe for work
  • Anything Homophobic, transphobic, or anything depicting hatred towards the LGBTQ+ community.
  • Racist content
  • Incest
  • Pedophillia
  • Heavy Mech ​
  • Babyfurs/ABDL content
  • Certain fetishes
  • Anything relating to Heartbound, Homestuck, or Hazbin Hotel
  • ​Any subject matter I am not comfortable with.
